Sébastien This, PhD
I obtained my PhD in Immunology from the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon in France, before moving to Canada for his postdoctoral training. At Université de Montréal and McGill University, I trained at the interface between immunology, biophysics and machine learning, focused on the improvement of adoptive T cell therapies. My work has consisted in developing methods to monitor TCR signaling dynamics in activated CD8 T cells for the prediction antigen-specificity and antigen-affinity at the single cell level. I additionally developed ART-CLaP, a laser-based method for the identification of T cells based on intracellular calcium dynamics for downstream single-cell TCR sequencing.

Félix-Antoine Tougas
Je suis étudiant au baccalauréat en pharmacologie à l'Université de Sherbrooke, en régime coopératif, avec des stages au Centre Armand-Frappier Santé Biotechnologie et au Centre de Technologie en Aérospatial. Passionné par l'immuno-oncologie et l'avancement des technologies scientifiques, je m'intéresse à la signalisation calcique des lymphocytes T infiltrant les tumeurs et à son potentiel prédictif sur leur fonction anti-tumorale. Je souhaite développer mes compétences en imagerie et en analyse d'images, tout en contribuant à la mise en place des outils du laboratoire.

Delphine Perreault
Je poursuis un baccalauréat en génie biotechnologique à l'Université de Sherbrooke. Mes intérêts de recherche portent sur la génétique, l'immunologie, les biomatériaux et je carbure aux projets qui allient rigueur scientifique et impact concret. Je souhaite mettre à profit ma formation multidisciplinaire au sein du laboratoire pour contribuer au développement de nouvelles méthodes en immunologie et en thérapie cellulaire.
